Join CAAR for the February General Membership Meeting taking place on Thurs., Feb. 12th, from 9 - 10:30 a.m. at the Hillsdale Conference Center.  In addition, we will be hosting a concise session titled, "Creating Inventory:  Strategies for Finding More Listings," with Sasha Tripp, Story House Real Estate.

In today's competitive market, finding new listings can be challenging — but not impossible.  This class will teach real estate agents’ proactive strategies to uncover hidden inventory and create new opportunities. Learn how to identify potential sellers, tap into expired and withdrawn listings, and leverage off-market properties. We'll also explore techniques for engaging with homeowners who may be hesitant to sell and creative marketing approaches
to generate leads. By mastering these strategies, you'll be equipped to expand your inventory and better meet the demands of your buyers.
