Armstrong, Kim
Kim has over 35-years’ experience in the Charlottesville Area Real Estate market. Kim holds multiple real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative - ABR, Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant - C-CREC, Certified Buyer Representative - CBR, Certified Residential Broker - CRB, Certified Residential Specialist - CRS, Graduate of Realtors Institute - GRI, Seniors Real Estate Specialist – SRES, and the Green Designation.

Kim has also been extremely active in the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS®, having been on the board for many years as well as chairing and serving on various committees. Currently Kim is teaching Legal Updates and Agency Law at CAAR. She is a Past-President of the Virginia Women's Council of REALTORS® as well as Women's Council of REALTORS® Blue Ridge. Kim's focus is mainly on Residential Sales within the city of Charlottesville and Albemarle County.

Members:  No Show Fee-Student that register for classes/event that are FREE for members will be charged a no-show fee of $10 after not attending the class/event. Cancellation requests will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class.
 
Non members:  Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $10 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by CAAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
