Kim holds multiple real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative - ABR, Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant - C-CREC, Certified Buyer Representative - CBR, Certified Residential Broker - CRB, Certified Residential Specialist - CRS, Graduate of Realtors Institute - GRI, Seniors Real Estate Specialist – SRES, and the Green Designation. Kim has also been extremely active in the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS®, having been on the board for many years as well as chairing and serving on various committees. Currently Kim is teaching Legal Updates and Agency Law at CAAR. She is a Past-President of the Virginia Women's Council of REALTORS® as well as Women's Council of REALTORS® Blue Ridge.
