She serves CAAR as the Membership & Compliance Manager. She moved to Port St. Lucie Florida in 2023 but travels to Virginia frequently to teach and spend time helping members and coworkers. Tiffany has served as a Professional Standards Administrator for Code of Ethics and Arbitration procedures since 2010. Her primary areas of support are in membership for REALTORS and Affiliates, member benefits, bylaws, compliance procedures, MLS rules and regulations, lockbox services and dues and fees billing. She also serves as Liaison for the REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC), and supports the CAAR REALTOR Store. When not working, she enjoys creating artwork with 'beach finds' and spending time on the water with friends and her husband Troy.
