Since 2013, Anne has held a state license in Virginia, specifically an associate broker's license. She is recognized as an approved instructor for DPOR continuing education and post-licensing education. Over the years, Anne has actively volunteered at CAAR, and currently, she serves as the President for the year 2024.

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $10 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day.
