This 1-hour course equips REALTORS® with the knowledge and skills to effectively serve senior clients who are considering downsizing, transitioning to retirement living, or seeking homes with accessibility features. By understanding the unique financial, emotional, and physical needs of older adults, REALTORS® can provide ethical and informed guidance, helping seniors make confident housing decisions.

Donna has been a REALTOR® since February 1996 and got her Broker’s license in January 2002. She was a Managing Broker for a local franchise brokerage from 2002 - 2017. She has her ABR, SFR and CRB designations. She has been instructing at CAAR since 2006.

No Show Fee
Student that register for classes/event that are FREE for members will be charged a no-show fee of $10 after not attending the class/event. Cancellation requests will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class.
